Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods in our stores seeks a Master Club Fitter to build strong relationships with golfers and guide them through personalized club fitting. You will work one-on-one with the golfer and teammate to deliver a positive fitting experience and to promote services across the store.

The role supports the Operations Sales Manager in achieving sales performance, profit contribution and loss controls by leading the services team, training fitters, and driving sales in simulator, putting

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or platform.

Responsibilities

• Build golfer relationships and work one-on-one with golfers and teammates for a positive fitting experience.
• Train and certify all club fitters and oversee services such as simulator, putting green, and repairs.
• Analyze Golf sales reports to understand results and opportunities, communicating them to teammates.
• Ensure department scheduling and daily teammate assignments align with company initiatives.
