Job summary

Performance Food Group seeks an experienced Accounts Payable leader to oversee production and teams across a centralized high-volume AP environment supporting multiple US locations. You will manage issue resolution, vendor statements, disbursements, and GR/IR analyses while driving process improvements and strong internal controls.

The role requires 10+ years in AP, strong ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft), and supervisory experience within a shared service or high-transaction setting.

Qualifications

• AP experience in a highly automated environment.
• Experience with major ERP applications (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft).
• Supervisory experience in AP, preferably in a shared service or high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises AP staff including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Directs activities of teams responsible for Accounts Payable.
• Fosters strong customer service relationships with OpCo staff, Corporate and vendors in Shared Services.
• Manage and monitor AP workflow queues.
• Perform and/or review complex accounting reconciliations and analyses.
• Ensure AP metrics are achieved or exceeded.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and resource utilization.
