Qualifications

• BS/BA with 7+ years of relevant work experience, or MS/MA with 5+ years.
• PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with GEOINT workflows and remote sensing.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GEOINT data science solutions for imagery analysis and geospatial workflows.
• Serve as PI/co-PI on projects and contribute to interdisciplinary research.
• Lead ML pipelines to process large geospatial datasets in operational settings.
• Mentor junior staff and foster technical excellence.
• Develop new proposals by identifying emerging national security needs.
• Build external partnerships to enhance project impact and sponsor alignment.
• Collaborate with software engineers, geospatial analysts, and mission specialists to translate research to field-ready solutions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security standards.
