Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Supervisor to develop and lead a team of demonstrators promoting the brand at metro-area events. You will build a Lead Generation Department, manage booths at malls and shows, and drive new customer prospects while ensuring smooth event execution.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training a team, booking events, and overseeing promotion budgets.

Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company’s brand at area events in our large metro market!

We’ll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible to generate new prospective customers in promotional booths at the metro and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

As a Lead Generation Supervisor, your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):

• Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.
• Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.
• Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.
• Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
