Job summary

YOUR HOME IMPROVEMENT CO in Fargo, North Dakota, is seeking a Lead Generation Supervisor to build and lead a team of demonstrators promoting the brand at area events, fairs, and festivals. You will research, book, and negotiate events, train your crew, and ensure booths are set up and dismantled safely.

You’ll manage production, inventory, and budgets while driving lead generation that converts to sales for home improvement products.

About this position

Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company's brand at area events in our large metro market!

We'll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets! You and your team of Lead Generators will be responsible to generate new prospective customers in promotional booths at the metro and surrounding area events, fairs, and festivals everybody's talking about!

As a Lead Generation Supervisor, your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):

• Generate leads that generate sales for our home improvement products at malls, events, and shows throughout your territory.


• Research, book, and negotiate these events you and your crew will be working.


• Build, train, manage, and lead your team of Lead Generators.


• Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before and after every event.


• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
