Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking a Lead Generation Supervisor to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting the brand at area events in our large metro market. You’ll build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets, generating new prospects in promotional booths at metro events, fairs, and festivals.

Responsibilities include leading a team, booking events, and ensuring booths are set up and removed safely while tracking budget and performance.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication background.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales or Customer Service.
• Comfortable with travel and event settings.

Looking for a Rockstar team-leader ready to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting Your Home Improvement Company's brand at area events in our large metro market!

We’ll give you the tools to build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets!
