Job summary

Your Home Improvement Company is seeking a Rockstar Lead Generation Supervisor to develop, manage, and lead a team of demonstrators promoting our brand at area events in the metro market. You will build your own Lead Generation Department in one of our markets and drive new customer prospects through promotional booths at fairs, festivals, and events throughout the region.

You and your crew will research, book, and negotiate events, train and supervise staff, ensure booths are safely set up and

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service.
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate events.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving.
• Willingness to travel for non-local events.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads that generate sales at malls, events, and shows throughout the territory.
• Research, book, and negotiate events for the team.
• Build, train, manage, and lead the team of Lead Generators.
• Ensure promotional booths are safely set-up and removed before/after every event.
• Maintain and track department production, inventory, and budget.
