Job summary

Wing is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You will contact potential and existing customers, build rapport, and schedule demos while managing CRM data and coordinating with internal teams. This role offers full-time remote work with US hours and growth opportunities.

Minimum 1 year in sales, strong English communication, and solid organizational skills are essential. Training is provided and the team supports a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certificate in any field.
• At least 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet quotas.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level).
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech savvy and familiar with CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of Google Calendar.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
• Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine suitability of products/services.
• Schedule sales demos and meetings.
• Set up and manage a CRM or contact list.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report team performance.
• Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys and compile results.
• Conduct general administration tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
• Ad hoc tasks.
