Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Lead Generation Representative based in College Station, TX. You will generate new leads and provide opportunities to both Outside Territory Reps and the Inside Sales Team, using industry data and a database of cold leads.

Ideal candidates excel in customer service and communication, are self-motivated, and have solid basic computer skills. The role supports flexible scheduling and a hybrid work setup after training.

• Exemplary customer service demonstrated in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative and accountability.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and provide opportunities to Outside Territory Reps and Inside Sales Team.
• Qualify and mine data from leads to revive interest and create engagement.
• Collaborate with sales to move opportunities through the funnel.
