Job description

Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced SDR to help drive our outbound lead generation efforts. This role will focus on LinkedIn-based prospecting, digital outreach, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in business development and a strong ability to connect with global prospects, particularly within the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and targeted outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage and qualify leads through personalized messages and follow-up strategies.
  • Support the sales team by identifying potential clients and scheduling discovery calls.
  • Maintain organized outreach documentation to track engagement, follow-ups, and next steps manually.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based clients professionally and effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage high-volume outreach.
  • Ability to adapt messaging based on prospect needs and business objectives.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
