This full-time role will focus on driving the growth of qualified leads to support our sales pipeline and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in marketing strategies, data analytics, and lead management tools to identify, nurture, and deliver high-quality leads for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Acquisition: Design and implement lead generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and social media.
- Data Management: Maintain, analyze, and optimize the lead database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in CRM systems.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute content that drives engagement and attracts potential clients.
- Market Research: Identify new opportunities by researching target markets, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Performance Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates and marketing ROI.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to define ideal customer profiles, establish lead qualification criteria, and improve the handoff process from marketing to sales.
- Technology Optimization: Utilize marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and analytics software to streamline processes and enhance lead tracking.
- Innovative Strategies: Stay up-to-date with emerging lead generation trends and tactics to continuously improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within B2B or professional services.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and social media advertising.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing copy.
- Adept at interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and business development teams.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
