Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 (based on qualifications), eligible for monthly bonus based on KPIs
Position Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) is responsible for creating and managing sales-ready opportunities for the sales account management team by uncovering, qualifying, and developing marketing-ready leads and pushing them through the funnel to sales-ready lead status. The LGS will cultivate data-driven marketing leads by contacting prospects via phone and/or email, evaluating needs, and appropriately positioning Domino and our field sales experts, thereby creating qualified sales opportunities to be handed off. Additionally, the LGS will manage all incoming leads, ensure thorough follow-up, and maximize sales from these leads. The role also involves researching within internal and external databases to uncover additional sales opportunities and support the efforts of the national/strategic account team.
