What We’re Looking For: High-energy, goal-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to make hundreds of calls daily to find quality leads. This is a Lead Generation Call Center Role focused on results and performance.

Position Overview: Manage 300-400 calls daily to identify qualified leads. Success requires precision, persistence, and a competitive spirit. This role is not customer service but is metrics-driven with performance rewards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, verifying data efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform qualification assessments to identify high-quality leads.
  • Update and maintain CRM records meticulously.
  • Adapt to changing campaigns and procedures, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security standards.
Benefits:
  • Base Pay: $13/hr
  • Attendance Bonus: Extra $2/hr for working 38+ hours/week
  • Performance Bonus: Rewards based on points earned weekly, with no cap
  • Leaderboard Bonus: Additional $0.50/hr per record held
Schedule & Requirements:
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Proficiency with computers and CRMs
  • Quiet workspace with required equipment (USB headset, Windows 10+, capable processor, internet, webcam)
