Qualifications

• Understand detailed construction plans, schedules and estimates.
• Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings and specs.
• Calculate quantities and percentages using a computer.
• Communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Prepare and update project schedules and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules with Project Directors and PMs.
• Delegate and coordinate Superintendent assignments and staffing.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers; review submittals and change orders.
• Monitor jobsite production; track progress and equipment needs.
• Attend owner meetings; review cost reports and project estimates.
• Enforce safety programs; report incidents and ensure compliance.
• Lead project close-out and succession planning with site teams.
• Direct Supervisors and Foremen to meet project objectives.
