Job summary

Flintco is seeking a General Superintendent for our EPC Utility-Scale Solar division to lead multi-project field operations in Texas. You will supervise project superintendents and foremen, coordinate with project directors, and ensure plans, schedules, and safety standards are met across the division.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction and at least 10 years of EPC solar construction experience, with strong leadership, scheduling, and coordination capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of EPC utility-scale solar construction experience.
• Strong leadership and coordination of multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules with directors and PMs.
• Delegate duties to Superintendents and Foremen; coordinate staffing.
• Coordinate subs and suppliers; monitor contract changes.
• Ensure safety program implementation and compliance.
• Attend owner meetings and review cost reports.
• Lead project close-out and succession planning.
