McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager in a franchisee-operated restaurant. You will oversee profitable operations, lead a team of Department and Shift Managers, and ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

Ideal candidates have high-volume restaurant experience, a passion for coaching and developing staff, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced environment with strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, monitors progress, and provides coaching to improve departments.
• Background in quick service, hospitality or retail is strongly desired; 18+ years old to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-volume McDonald’s restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future growth.
• Hire, train and empower managers to execute the restaurant plan and drive results.
