Job summary

Air Products is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our IG Americas South Subregion from our Global Headquarters in Allentown, PA. You will identify, nurture, and qualify prospects, partnering with Sales to convert opportunities into new industrial gas and equipment business.

The ideal candidate combines curiosity and resilience with comfort using SAP CRM and Salesforce, CRM tools, and market intelligence to drive targeted outreach across phone, email, and digital channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
Effective communication and influencing skills; excellent phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
CRM experience with SAP, Salesforce, Qlik, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize prospective accounts using internal data and market intelligence.
Partner with Sales on territory priorities and engagement strategies.
Connect with prospects by phone, email, and digital channels to identify needs and decision-makers.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and leads from marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Qualify leads based on scope, budget, and timing; transition to Sales.
Maintain accurate customer interactions in SAP CRM and Salesforce.
Share lead quality and insights to improve outreach and value propositions.
Stay current on Air Products’ offerings and technologies.
