Qualifications

• This role requires strong guest service and leadership abilities.
• Prefer previous hospitality or entertainment experience.
• Must be able to lead a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage team during assigned hours.
• Open and close the venue independently.
• Direct and support Game Masters and Hosts throughout shifts.
• Assign games, reset rooms, and manage cleaning duties.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Welcome guests, provide pre-game instructions, and monitor rooms.
• Provide timely clues without revealing answers and handle guest questions.
• Conduct post-game conversations and celebrate guest experiences.
• Update opening/closing reports and reconcile daily records.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and staff spaces.
