Qualifications

• Must be confident and comfortable speaking to groups.

• Willing to train new and existing team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as head team member and open/close the venue.
• Maintain guest flow, monitor games, and provide timely clues.
• Reset rooms accurately and efficiently for the next group.
• Direct and support Game Masters and Hosts throughout shifts.
• Assist with payments, discounts, and register reconciliation as allowed.
