Job summary

Escapology North East Inc, Escapology of Merrimack Valley Inc, Escapology of Waltham LLC, Escapology of Braintree LLC is seeking a confident Head Game Master for part-time shifts in Massachusetts. You will lead the team, manage guest flow, and ensure each escape room runs smoothly with engaging clues and timely resets.

You’ll train staff, guide guests through pre-game briefings, and handle payments and register tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be confident, dependable, and energetic with strong guest interaction skills.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Escape-room or hospitality/KPIs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and direct a team of Game Masters and Hosts.
• Open and close the venue independently.
• Monitor multiple games and provide timely clues without spoilers.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure a smooth, safe experience.
