Job summary

Escapology of Merrimack Valley is seeking a Head Game Master for a part-time, hourly role in Tewksbury, MA. You will lead shifts, engage guests, reset rooms, and oversee the team to keep the adventure running smoothly.

You will welcome guests, give pre-game instructions, provide timely clues, and manage daily operations with a focus on customer service and safety. A high school diploma is preferred and 18+ years old applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly, and comfortable speaking to groups.
• Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team while assisting where needed.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts as the primary team member during assigned times.
• Open and close the venue independently.
• Direct and support Game Masters and Hosts throughout shifts.
• Train new and existing team members.
• Welcome guests and deliver engaging pre-game instructions.
• Monitor multiple escape rooms and provide well-timed clues.
• Handle guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Assist with payments, refunds, and register reconciliation.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and guest-ready.
