Job summary

Escapology North East Inc is seeking a Game Master & Host in Framingham, MA. You will greet guests, explain game rules, and guide players through missions, using M3 software to provide hints and maintain a high-energy, fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, briefing on rules, upselling games and beverages, serving drinks, and keeping areas clean and safe. Training and CORI/background checks are required, with a minimum age of 18.

Qualifications

• Background check and CORI screening required.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for 6–8 hours and move between rooms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, positive attitude.
• Brief players on game rules and safety.
• Guide players through missions and provide hints via M3 software.
• Keep energy high and host an engaging atmosphere.
• Upsell games, beverages, and merchandise to enhance guest experience.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain clean, organized spaces per schedules.
• Ensure guest and staff safety at all times.
• Support general operational tasks and training updates.
