Job summary

The Lead PSR will oversee clerical staff, coach team members, and coordinate with the Office Manager to maintain efficient front-office operations and high-quality patient service.

Qualifications

• Lead PSR oversees clerical staff and implements workflow changes.
• Coaches and provides feedback to clerical staff and collaborates with office leadership.
• Ensures performance and delegation of daily front-office functions including scheduling, data verification, and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee essential PSR functions and support PSR II duties.
• Assist in hiring front office staff and orient new clerical staff to meet 90-day goals.
• Provide timely feedback related to clerical functions as part of annual evaluations.
• Ensure staff follow office policies and complete competencies; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate staff schedules and maintain professional front-office environment.
• Collaborate with Billing Liaisons and Revenue Cycle teams using tools to provide feedback.
• Monitor patient flow, waiting times, and keep patients informed of delays.
