Responsibilities

• Oversees clerical associates (PSRs and MAs) and coaches staff on workflow changes.
• Manages daily office functions: appointment scheduling, patient intake, data verification, and revenue cycle.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback; escalates issues to Office Manager as needed.
• Coordinates staff schedules and ensures adherence to Nemours standards of behavior.
• Serves as SuperUser and Preceptor for clerical staff and collaborates with Billing/Revenue teams.
