Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 or more years of Job related experience required.
• Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clerical associates and ensures workflow changes are implemented.
• Coaches and provides feedback to clerical staff.
• Collaborates with office leadership to facilitate day-to-day operations.
• Handles appointment scheduling, patient intake data verification, charge entry and revenue cycle.
• Reports deficiencies to Office Manager.
• Coordinates and maintains clerical staff schedules.
• Ensures compliance with office policies and Nemours Standards of Behavior.
• Serves as SuperUser and Preceptor for clerical staff.
• Participates in hiring front office staff and precepts orientation.
• Provides timely feedback as part of annual evaluation.
