Qualifications

• Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees clerical associates and ensures workflow changes are implemented.
• Handles appointment scheduling, patient intake including data verification, charge entry and revenue cycle.
• Coordinates schedules and maintains a professional clerical environment.
• Provides coaching and feedback to clerical staff and escalates issues when needed.
