Job summary

Nemours is seeking a FLOAT Lead Patient Service Representative for Radnor, PA, with the expectation to float to other PA sites based on staffing needs. The Lead PSR oversees clerical associates, ensures workflow changes are implemented, and supports daily front office operations.

Essential functions include supervising PSRs and MAs, coaching staff, coordinating scheduling, patient intake and data verification, and assisting with revenue cycle activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clerical staff and ensure workflow changes are implemented.
• Coach and provide feedback to PSRs and MAs.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake, data verification, and revenue cycle tasks.
• Collaborate with office leadership to run day-to-day operations.
• Serve as SuperUser and Preceptor for clerical staff.
