Job summary

Summit Spine and Joint Centers in Decatur, GA is seeking a Lead Front Desk Receptionist to supervise day-to-day front office operations across Region 2 sites and support staff in delivering patient-centered service.

You will manage receptionist workloads, train new hires, coordinate with Providers and Medical Assistants, and ensure accurate patient payments and insurance handling, all while maintaining a professional patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using eClinicalWorks or other EHR systems is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front desk operations at multiple locations.
• Train receptionists and delegate workload to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to maintain office efficiency.
• Ensure accurate handling of patient payments and insurance processing.
• Cover front desk duties during peak times or staff absence.
