Avallon AI is hiring Founding Software Engineers to own the foundation for all agents and products. We deploy autonomous voice and worker agents replacing thousands of manual tasks for the world’s largest insurance carriers.

You will own the agent execution platform, provider routing, and the eval platform that detects regressions, while enabling a developer platform with coding agent workflows and CI/CD. Based in NYC or willing to relocate, you’ll drive the platform and product direction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building production software.
• Comfortable in a founding role guiding platform direction.
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent execution platform and the core harness powering every agent at Avallon.
• Own provider routing, multi-provider failover, and cost optimization.
• Build the eval platform for per-run canary deployments and automated regression detection.
• Develop the developer platform to unlock team velocity with coding agent workflows and CI/CD.
