Job summary

Avallon AI is hiring its first Deployment Strategist to own large-scale customer engagements end to end, from kickoff to go-live. You will work directly with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure transformations land and deliver measurable value across claims, operations, and IT.

The role requires 3–6 years of enterprise program leadership, strong product instinct, and the ability to communicate with VPs of Claims. Based in NYC, this is a hands-on, customer-facing role in person.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years running enterprise programs at top firms or large-scale implementations.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements for engineers.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive sponsorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the engagement end to end from kickoff to go-live, set milestones, and manage risks.
• Build executive relationships with Claims, Operations, Procurement, IT, and the sponsor.
• Own the value story, define success metrics, and track results from live agents.
• Advocate for the customer inside Avallon and navigate cross-functional dependencies.
• Lay the foundation for the deployment function with playbooks and scalable processes.
