Avallon AI is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with customers, implementing AI agents and custom integrations across claims workflows. You'll spend 30-50% hands-on coding and the rest on customer communication, project management, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years building or implementing technical solutions.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript for integrations.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship from first demo to production deployment.
• Build custom integrations and workflows that connect voice AI and document agents to customer systems.
• Tune AI prompts, voice customization, and agent behavior based on usage patterns.
• Channel insights back to product and engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Guide customers through complex decisions about AI agent design and workflow automation.
