Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer who operates as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans, own the delivery from concept to live deployment, and drive architecture decisions with minimal oversight. You will mentor engineers, align cross-functional teams, and continuously refine processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

We're looking for a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer, candidate will operate as a highly autonomous, business-facing technical lead. You will partner directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver production-ready software without the support of a Business Analyst (BA) or Scrum Master.
