Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior AI Engineer to design and productionize GenAI and agentic solutions, orchestrating models, tools, and enterprise data to solve complex workflows.

You will build RAG, evaluation, and observability capabilities, and deliver robust Python services with CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-ready AI or GenAI solutions.
• Ability to lead technical decisions for agentic workflows.
• Strong Python production software engineering skills.
• Experience with tool calling, state and memory, retries, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Familiarity with observability, evaluation, and security practices.

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and productionize GenAI and agentic solutions that orchestrate models, tools, and enterprise data to solve complex, multi-step workflows.
