Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders to translate goals into actionable plans, own the delivery from concept to live deployment, and drive architecture decisions with minimal oversight. You will mentor engineers, align cross-functional teams, and continuously refine processes to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• 1+ year leading engineering teams.
• Experience translating business goals into technical plans.
• Experience with AWS and cloud deployments.
• Excellent debugging and security auditing of AI-generated code.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for clients throughout engagement.
• Translate goals into actionable technical plans and roadmaps.
• Own delivery from concept to live deployment.
• Mentor team members and improve engineering quality.
