Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Fullstack Developer to bridge business objectives with hands-on technical delivery.

You will work across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, translating ambiguous use cases into concrete architectures and backlogs for our India-based team. You will architect agentic workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM, drive secure and observable solutions, and guide production go-lives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical, relevant full-stack engineering experience.
• Experience directing and overseeing development teams (1+ year).
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with React or equivalent frontend framework.
• Backend engineering with Node.js or Python; strong API/integration architecture.
• Experience delivering AI/LLM solutions (tool calling, RAG, agent systems).
• Hands-on AWS delivery (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch) and SSO/OAuth RBAC.
• Excellent written and spoken English with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Turn ambiguous use cases into architecture plans, UX/flow designs, and backlog for India team.
• Architect and connect enterprise workflows across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM.
• Resolve complex integrations, including authentication, data contracts, RBAC, and production go-live.
• Engage daily with India-based team to clear requirements, review PRs, and ensure release quality.
• Develop prototypes spanning UI, agent flows, or MCP/LLM implementations.
