Job summary

Burford's Construction LLC is seeking a qualified Foreman to lead field crews on vegetation and line clearance projects in Pensacola, FL. The role requires proven leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate tasks and communicate with customers.

You will supervise pruning operations, train crew members, and ensure work is completed to contract specifications while maintaining records and equipment readiness. Strong English skills and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• English literacy required; reading and communicating effectively.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
• Valid driver's license; Commercial Driver's License preferred.
• Able to travel long distances on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies and procedures.
• Schedule crews and assign their work efficiently.
• Maintain records (written and computer).
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Communicate with customers about project issues and methods.
• Ensure crew safety and PPE compliance.
• Inspect PPE and maintain vehicles and tools.
• Coordinate and inspect the work of crew members.
• Join storm restoration efforts as needed.
• Follow Line Clearance Contract with the Owner.
