Groundworks seeks a Foreman to lead the installation crew on foundation projects in Missouri. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity and team performance, coordinate daily operations, mentor crew members, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of basic construction or mechanical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products with support of national team.
• Troubleshoots and innovates to meet company standards and timetables.
