Qualifikationen

• OR one year of experience at the lower level Food Svc Worker 3 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Direct the facility's food service operation and supervise staff.
• Assist with daily operation management of the food service department.
• Complete required paperwork for governing agencies.
• Place weekly orders considering inventory, budget, and population.
• Review deliveries for quality and relay issues to vendor/central office.
• Assist with monthly reporting in JTS of daily meal counts and inventory.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and program compliance.
• Provide staff education and training on sanitation and safety.
