Trinity Services Group is seeking a Lead Food Service Worker to prepare and serve a variety of foods in a correctional facility. You will report to a Food Service Director and work on-site inside the jail.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strict adherence to food safety regulations, and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, institutional food service experience is a plus, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist team in quality foods according to menus and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Serve meals according to schedules and procedures.
• Operate kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare meals.
• Follow all food safety regulations for sanitation and storage.
• Support other kitchen tasks and adapt to shift demands.
