Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising staff in food service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and guides subordinate staff in food service operations.
• Supervises cooking, preparation, serving and storage of food.
• Manages food supply requisition and sanitation inspections.
• Monitors quality of food service and safety standards.
• Plans and supervises work of assigned staff.
