Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the poultry production floor, ensuring targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and respond quickly to operational issues to maintain a productive environment.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ year supervisory experience managing 20+ staff.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic computer literacy; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a productive, quality-focused team.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment and production schedules.
• Oversee performance and provide feedback.
