Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily poultry production on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production targets.

You will organize manpower, monitor equipment, coach 20+ associates, and collaborate with other departments to drive continuous improvement. Willingness to work any shift is required. Benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years supervisory experience leading 20+ team members; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic computer skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
