Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the poultry production floor, ensuring targets, safety, and quality are met. You will coordinate team duties, monitor workflow, and enforce health and safety standards while responding quickly to issues to keep productivity high.

The role requires 1+ years of supervisory experience and strong communication, with preference for poultry/food industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience leading 20+ employees preferred; poultry/food industry experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to make independent decisions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to support diverse team and operations.

• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
