[solidcore] is looking for a Head Coach who can champion our brand and deliver a high-energy, results-driven experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach 11 classes weekly, set coaching standards, and mentor a team of coaches to achieve the studio and company goals.

You will also drive community outreach, support in-studio operations, and ensure exceptional client relations while representing the [solidcore] culture in every interaction.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead coach with a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients.
• Provide coach development and training support.
• Assist day-to-day studio operations and inventory tasks.
• Maintain studio and equipment to be pristine and functioning.
