solidcore is seeking a Head Coach Community Manager to lead studio operations, coach high-energy classes, and grow our local community in Washington, DC. You will mentor coaches, drive member retention, and partner with the Area Manager to uphold brand standards across both formats.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Genuine passion for health, fitness, and [solidcore].
• A coach at heart who helps others reach their strongest potential.
• Self-motivated and excited by building community and driving membership sales.
• Outgoing and relationship-driven, energized by community inside and outside the studio.
• Comfortable leading high-energy classes on a mic with loud music and a full room.
• Thrives in fast-paced, people-first, entrepreneurial environment.
• Reliable, professional, and a natural team player.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead studio operations and community outreach to attract new clients.
• Set standards as a senior coach and mentor other coaches and staff.
• Ensure exceptional fitness and customer service aligned with [solidcore] standards.
• Drive retention and meet studio utilization targets with the Area Manager.
• Oversee towel service, equipment maintenance, and cleaning protocols.
• Support marketing efforts and local partnerships within the community.
