Job summary

[solidcore] in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a Head Coach to lead a full-time studio team, coaching 11 classes weekly and modeling the brand’s best-in-class service. You will mentor coaches, maintain high energy in a fast-paced setting, and drive community outreach to attract new clients.

Responsibilities include delivering superior customer experiences, ensuring studio readiness, and supporting operations while representing [solidcore] as a leading boutique fitness brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of group fitness experience.
• Permanent, exempt, full-time position with 40 hours/week.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead coach responsible for a full 11 classes per week schedule.
• Set the example and expectations for all coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization & retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day studio operations.
• Lead outreach and marketing to scout new clients and partnerships.
• Provide coach development and training support in-studio.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, promotions, and apparel.
• Handle routine operations like ordering and inventory.
