solidcore is looking for a Head Coach who will lead the studio’s coaching team and maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week while upholding the brand standard. The role emphasizes delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced studio environment.

The Head Coach will mentor coaches, provide feedback, and help grow community relationships through outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the studio's coaching team and maintain a full schedule of 11 classes per week.
