Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach to lead the studio team and deliver a best-in-class workout and customer experience. This full-time role reports to the Area Manager and requires coaching an average of twelve classes per week and active participation in community outreach.

The Head Coach will develop coaches, ensure exceptional service, and help drive studio utilization while maintaining solidcore standards and a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lead and develop coaches.
• Outgoing and personable with relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable leading high-energy, mic-driven classes.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio’s head coach with 12+ classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and service per solidcore standards.
• Meet company utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Support day-to-day studio operations as directed by the Area Manager.
• Lead outreach and community partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
• Respond to client requests promptly and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio retail, promos, and apparel.
• Manage routine operations like inventory and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment clean and fully functional.
