Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Nashville who is passionate about our brand and workouts. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will coach an average of 11 classes per week, lead studio operations, and set performance standards for the coaching team.

You will develop coaches through feedback and in-studio trainings, support day-to-day operations, and spearhead community outreach to grow clients while delivering an exceptional fitness and customer service experience consistent with solidcore

Qualifications

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Full-time, exempt with 40 hours per week including classes coached.
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio’s top coach with 11+ classes per week.
• Set expectations and mentor new and existing coaches.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio.
• Assist Area Manager with day-to-day operations and outreach in the community.
