Job summary

DSV Lancaster is seeking a Manager, VAD Driver Operations to lead Value Added Delivery across multiple locations, driving service performance, client experience, and financial outcomes. You will guide supervisors and frontline teams in premium handling, installation, and professional customer interactions to ensure top-tier white-glove service.

You will partner with clients, account teams and carriers to meet customer SOPs, resolve issues, and continuously improve productivity and profitability,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, final‑mile delivery or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience in final‑mile, white‑glove, luxury delivery or Value Added Delivery operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to supervisory and operational teams across VAD operations.
• Lead drivers, technicians, warehouse staff and other personnel with clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure staffing, training and development to support premium service standards.
• Monitor safety, service quality and customer interactions; uphold SOPs and compliance.
